1 take the bed off
2 drill out all the spot welds
3 paint the new bed side from the back.
4 clean down to bare metal where the side will attach to the bed
5 GLUE(panel adheasive) the bed side on the top lip, front and wheel well arch.
6 weld the back by taillight

Any preferred panel glue? Never used the stuff before. Are there any hidden or hard to get at spot welds, or are they all pretty obvious?

All pretty obvious welds. Back around the taillight and in rear under neith. Wheel well. Font edge of bed and along to inside rail. I would guess to be 80 or so spot welds
