Just pay the guy to build your front suspension and call it a day. You might not get the self satisfaction of doing it yourself, but no one can do everything and we all want to see this truck back on the road.

More than welcome to help but a clip. .. a clip answers geometry issues, steering concerns and the only con is building an engine Mount which i can likely do with the spare girdle I have
Well I have secured a front frame clip from a coil spring old body style Chevy with 8 lug.
The hopes were to go pick it up some time tomorrow but weather seams to be preventing that so it will have to wait till Thursday or Friday when I'm done cleaning up.

Nice that you secured it - sucks that the weather got in the way of picking it up. I know snow makes you money, but bad timing here.
Looks like petey (rocket7.3) is headed down from ct in the morning to help me work on swagger for a few days. Got the call this afternoon that the clip is cut out of the donor at the yard so we will be headed there tomorrow to pick it up.
I'm pretty stoked about this
