For a very short time, I given medical discharge due to asthma. So I didnt last long in the navy. Irronic that I now work for the Navy as a Civ hehe.

How about the Bahamas?

So the asthma wasn't found out during basic training? You do a lot of bike riding now so do you need to use an inhaler or anything?

My inhaler is my life line and I have one in my pocket at all times, along with in every vehicle and place I am at.
The asthma deal was a bogus deal for sure, and its a tough thing to talk about. They tried to bring me up on fraudulant enlistment charges due to my asthma, but later found out it was clearly in my record, I past physical with flying colors and made top in my group in basic. It was just a bung deal and I guess they wanted to get rid of me.....enough of that hehe.

Unfortunately, this will be the last day of it here, from the forecast. Looks like temps will start to fall over the weekend, and we'll be in the 40's next week. But, it's been a hell of a lot better than it was last year!
