Ok guys,my truck in sig is only getting 12 mpg,oil is fresh, power seems to be good, air filter has less than 1500 miles on it,I guess boots are tight,it makes about 5 lbs on the highway, ebp sensor and tube were replaced a couple years ago, and this is running on 80 e the whole time, driving very easy, intentionally checking mileage.-m running a cps from international from about three years ago, I think it should be getting way better fuel mileage than this....any and all thoughts are welcomed and appreciated...thanks...Phil
So many possibilities, wish I had a smoking gun for you. But I noticed a while back that the caliper pins were sticking on my driver's side and I was getting a lot of brake dust there. After fixing that my mileage went up! I was dragging worse than I thought.

As your injectors get older your mileage will drop. How many miles do they have?
BTW, my truck is a manual and the best mileage I can get out of it is 18 MPG and that's with brand new injectors. 12 isn't terrible for one of these trucks. I'd say it's average.
I don't see a sig. Tell us about the truck. 4x4? chip? lift? tire size? tire pressure? type of driving (city, highway, short 3 mile trips)? driving style?
Check the clamps on your boots, don't rely on the guage reading. Also check your up pipes for signs of leaks (soot stains)
Also, under the same driving conditions, what MPG are you used to getting? Wow, if i could get 12 MPG in town, I'd be quite happy with that. (I also understand 'in town' or 'city' driving could mean anything)
