Question Advice on running a cable.....

Good morning everyone. I am installing a (wired) review view camera system on my 5th wheel camper this weekend. (The camper part is about 1/2 done at this point.) When I get to the part of the install that involves the truck (2011 F250 Crew Cab), I will need to run a video cable from the rear of the bed of the truck into the cab of the truck to the front of the center console. The cable is about a 1/4 inch in diameter. So any ideas or suggestions on running this cable? Specifically the best way to get the cable in to the cab of the truck while not being overly destructive and introducing lots of road noise when I am done.

FYI. Here is a link to the system I am installing (plus the trailer connector kit).

There are two pre-drilled holes in the floor pan on the driver's side. One is smaller than the other and I would recommend using it. I seem to recall it is on the outboard side of the frame rail (I used it to run the wires for my strobe lights).

You will need to cut a little hole in the rubber plug for the cable to pass through and then use a little silicone to seal around the cable. Run the cable under the carpet to the console and that's it!

Hope this helps.

Great Thanks. I'll go look for them. Do you remember where on the driver's side? Near the front front of the cab / driver seat or near the rear of the cab / passenger seats? Can you see them from the bottom (from under the truck)?

Thanks

You can see them from the bottom, and they are about 12 inches or so in front of the driver's seat. When you look under the truck you can't miss them.

Thanks for the help Great Danes. Got my multiplexer installed and cabling run to my trailer quick connect system and I am good to go. Now I just have to finish the camera install on the 5th wheel.
