Grill upgrade

My 02 excursion has a cracked grill and dented bumper caused by a fence pulling in front of me. I was thinking of an 05 grill and bumper upgrade, I can get them for a decent price from a local crash parts store. Do I need anything else like mounts or headlights? Trying to figure what it'll set me back and I can't afford surprises lol.

grill alone can be done with or without headlights
if do a bumper you have to do grill, bumper, header panel, headlights and headlight adapters
remember aftermarket bumpers usually dont include brackets

No the grill is not hard to cut. Do a search up in the super duty section. Basically just measure, tape up the bottom, pop a line and cut it. Then add some zip ties to hold the bottom in place and you're good.

Thanks Chris. Next question The Super Duty grill or the Excursion grill? Think the SD will look badass on the EX. Maybe I'll paint it white. I've been doing some work for a dude that all he does is paint bumpers and trim. But I think a big chrome 05 SD would look best.
