Broken Lower Track Bar Bracket
Has anyone (I'm sure some have looking for frequency) ever had a broken lower track bar bracket? Truck, 2001, 325,052 miles. It's welded to the axle so no replacement part unless you weld a new one on. I Just welded it back together.

That little thing must be squirrely at that speed. I used to have a 70 cyclone and 70 torino conv. that would do 135 stock with the 351 4bbl with the closed chamber heads. I was on the highway one night in the early 80's with the cyclone and this little girl came up next to me in a little pos ford escort and she kept up with me to 130mph, tripped me the f out. Sorry this has nothing to do with your question, but I don't know crap about that. It should be o.k. if your weld holds.
