I did purchase using the Z Plan. Dealer says that since I purchased with the retired employee plan, I am not eligible for the maintenance incentive.

There's always extra incentives after the fact it seems. It would be nice for those who bought to get the same deals, but that's the way it goes.

Extended Service Plan is not Extended Warranty... Unrelated.
You always could have purchased a "prepaid" oil change plan (covers wipers, oil, etc), it's called Extended Maintenance Plan

 

Now I am really KOUNFUSED. Do I get the 2 year maintenance free????? If so, HOW???? I pick up the truck tomorrow!!!!
