Vehicle emision testing may include Diesels.
Saw this on the news last night. They are planning on passing a bill that would include deisel vehicles says Glen Dennis, manager of the Vehicle Pollution Management Division.
"Dennis said the reason they were originally excluded was because they use to be a very small number of the vehicles on the roads.
It also was very expensive to test them. New technology now allows diesel vehicles newer than 1997 model to be tested with the same equipment used to test gasoline vehicles.
One other change would require hybrid vehicles to be tested once they are sold."
Time to move.
