Well looks like I fell victim. I started out with googling some things about my new X like keypad code and balljoint instructions and I come here find all these threads with pics of lifted X's and grille and light conversions and more other crap I havent even begun to think about. I can already see Im in big trouble. The 6" lift is already in the mail (thanks truckaddons $808 for the procomp k4018b) and now Im trying to decide which tires. Looks like Im gonna have to do some more searching now that I've signed up. I feel like a kid in candy store
I just bought a 00 v10 limited with 130k. I had ford run a scan, got my code, they updated the ecm and checked the service history. everything looks good so its game on.

haha yeah this is gonna haul my 4 spoiled rotten kids and dog out on the beach next summer. Ive owned 3 broncos in the last 23 yrs and i just sold my baby cause it was a biotch getting in and out. Im really gonna miss it. hopefully the X will give me the same satisfaction.

yeah Longisland too, Babylon to be exact. I just got it this week so I havent done anything to it yet except clean it.

long island also(kings park) i have the county beach permit. i hit shagwon in montauk (fishing)every year w/ my 36' camper....just air down all the tires. you can also go to smiths point or we camp at shinnecock west, great fishing there. heres a link for the county. No beach permit here!!! We sheould get everyone 2gether just to meet up and hang out for a bit we can hit up robert mosses where there's a big lot where no1 will be....... Let's get together so we can all get idea's of what we're in for! LOL
