I was on a rv chat thread and it stated that the basic differences between an f250 and f350 where the blocks in the rear is this true and could someone elaborate. Also which is the best dually rear end to use? thanks Ghostgunn
The F350 also has a slightly larger frame modulas, not much but I think it's 4.6 to 5.0, I traded in my f250 for an f350 dually and doubled the pin weight for my fifth wheel. 2400# VS 4800# if you have a 7.3L diesel . I believe the 4.10 is standard rear end for the dually.
Originally posted by Ghostgunn What about the fornt ends what are the differnece? ANY? ANd how hard is it to upgrade an older f250 to dually 350 and which reaer end to use? Thanks
If your talking 99 SD's and up , there are no differences in the front end , same axle.
