E350 parts interchange

What axles , suspension, trannies, etc intechange with the e350. AS there is not an overabundance of them - but there are many f350 etc., around here . Anyone have a cross reference or know of one on the web someplace.

The front end in the E350 and F350 are the same and I would imagine the rear is too. The motors and trannys should also swap as should the springs and suspension. The bumbers won't nor will most body parts

The rear axle might not be the same as track distances (measured between the wheels) are probably different; E series rear is narrower than the front. Its possible the spring perches would be different as well.

Very little of the body or interior components interchange too. Wouldn't it be great if they did?

It would be nice if the body did cause I would like to change the look of my van. But the van dash does look a little better in my '99 e350 vs my bosses '99 f250 ha
