cam and headers
im rebuilding my 300 in my 1990 f150 4x4.
thinkin about changeing out my cam and gettin some headers
any comments or sugestions on brands and what works with what the best. aswell as will i need to change lifters exc.......
i have EFI so need it to be friendly with good power incease thinkin 270 cam what do yall think and clueless about which headers and brands

cam and headers
the crane blueracer cam is a decent choice for your motor, though it may make its peak power a bit high for a 4x4. another good choice would be a crane H-260-2, good specs, and should be just mild enough to work with the efi. with the headers, "common knowledge" around here is that hedman makes a decent set for the 300, youll have to ask silver streak about fit and performance on that one.
