Has anyone ever seen a lowerd F250 CC long bed. I am thinking of lowering mine, about 2-4", nit a low rider, metal scraper as i still do tow my 7x16 enclosed trailer.
NO, NO BRUNO NO, BAD BRUNO !!!!! Just kidding I think that a slightly lowered SD would look good. My buddy had a 97' c 3500 4-door dully that he lowered and it was awsome. I'm sure there are company's out there that make kits. If you do it make sure to post pics. Look 351 posts, ahhh that brings back some good memories
i don't "use" my trucks like people here, just like having something different. Everyone lifts there truck 4"+ so i just want to lower and take away that gap between the wheel wheels and top of the tire. YOu can see in my gallery and maybe what i am trying to get at.
I'm not saying that anything's wrong with it. I was just being funny. since it is a 4x4 I don't think that you will find a kit. you could always do it the cheap way and just cut some of the front coil off and take the block out of the rear that would get you 2" lower in the rear. Have you looked for kits and not been able to find one? May be check with a local spring shop and see what they would charge to do a custom job. I'm not sure how to lower the rear because it's a spring over axle setup. Maybe buy shorter shackles? Sorry no real help, Dale
no, i was not offened or trying to defend what you were saying, i know you were kidding. But i have looked and yet to find anything for a 4x2 or 4x4. I don't really know of any shops that do suspension but like ur mienke and stuff, don't really wanna trust them with a custom suspension job if they even do it? if anyone knows of nay place near Waterford, CT, that would be cool to see how much they charge
