What do you guys think?

I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on a 2006 F350 King Ranch CC V10. The dealer is asking 21,800. It has 80000 miles. Does that seem like a good price to you guys. It seems to be lower than any others I have seen even in XLT trim. Thanks
