No Kick Down Power
Help!! Just changed out all the injectors on our 2002 350 Dually with 7.3 and now it runs and starts fine but when you get over 30 MPH and burry the gas pedal there is no Turbo kick in just slowly increases in speed.
Did I forget to hook something back up or have I lost my Turbo now. Thanks for the help!

Does it downshift when you stomp on the skinny pedal? Did you plug the MAP sensor and hose back in?

do you have a exhaust gas temp gauge? If so what does it read when you stomp it for a bit.

When I stomp the pedal nothing happens. If i hold it down it will gradually accelerate from 40 MPH.
Dont have exhaust temp guage.

Check your fuel filter. Is it knocking or anything else?

It doesn't down shift when you stomp on it? Did you use rags to keep the intercooler and turbo clean while doing the work and forget to remove one?
Check all the boots on the intercooler pipes and try unplugging the MAP sensor to see if that helps.

No knocking. Just a little shaking at 40 MPH and then no power when you depress the pedal to the floor. Just very slow excelerating.

Are you hearing a loud whoooosing sound when excelerating? if so then check your EBPV rod to make shure the clip didn't come off. Or to see if you didn't hook it up.
