E-bay, Craigslist, brand new from one of the parts places as they are getting repopped. Don't forget pickup bed trailers, as you can buy a good looking one and swap it out for your old one, and sell the trailer.

1967/72 F100/350 Stylesides use the same tailgate (C7TZ9940700A), which was also a FoMoCo service part replacement for the tailgate originally used on 1964/66 F100/250 2WD Stylesides and 1966 F100 4WD Stylesides (C4TZ9940700A).

Original for 1967/72 F100/350's. The FoMoCo service part replacement for 1964/66 F100/250 2WD & 1966 F100 4WD.
The original tailgate for these 1964/66 pickups (C4TZ9940700A) was replaced in 1967 by C7TZ9940700A.
The 1964/66 tailgate has larger FORD block letters, there is no raised scallop line surrounding them.

You could sell this tailgate on ebay for 2-300 bucks. Fits 1949/63 Studebaker except 1960/63 Champ.

I have one I'd let go pretty cheap. It's solid - no rust except surface rust in the corners with the strip caulk, not dented and beat up, and the top edge isn't dented in like they usually are.
