These guys have a AOD that will bolt up to and stand up to a 460. Lentech Automotive Performance
Their not cheep but its probbly the simplest solution for you.

E4OD lockup?

Does the E4OD have a lockup converter? I understand the C6 did not.

AOD & E4OD and all the late model ODs have lock up TC. You can get non-lockup if you like the slip.
