Grease Points

Have a 2008 Ford F-450 diesel 4x4 LB w/ 40,000 miles on it.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
<o></o>
Want to grease everything requiring grease. How many grease points are there and where are they?<o></o>
<o></o>
Schedule maintenance also says to grease the u-joints but there are no fittings to grease. Do you just pack grease into the u-joints?<o></o>
<o></o>
Are there any reference materials available someplace?<o></o>
<o></o>
Also, where can I get nitrate strips to test cooling liquid?<o></o>
<o></o>
Thanks in advance for all your help.<o></o>

I got my test strips from NAPA.

At 40K you should do the needle bearings in your fronts hubs for the 4x4.
