Holley 4160 and trans kickdown setup

Im sure people here have been through this.

I have a holley 4bbl and I want to hook the kickdown for the trans back up to it.

I bought the bracket Holley Performance Products Ford Trans Kickdown Extension 20-41 and cant figure out where it needs to go. Does anyone have any pictures???
this is for a 78 f150 with a 351m.

stupid me.... i didnt see the instruction manual on the website....... if anyone has any pictures it would be greatly appreciated.... i think my throttle hookup is in the wrong spot. Thanks
