I lucked out and found one in a parts truck. But I looked at 15-20 that were shot. I saw a guy that "fixed" his using spray glue and a material like those cheap tarps. Basically stretch the old one a little, spray with adhesive and wrap it in the tarp material. Glue dries and you trim it up but have a new duct. That's what I will do for my second truck and the current one when it goes out. Although those adapters look really cool. Might have to hit him up for a set or 2 of those.
I was also unable to find a source so i 3d printed adapters for the vent and the ac box side so i was able to run regular 2.5 in ac duct from oreillys. Message me if anyone needs some made. The ac box side i glued on and the vent side is press fit.
How much to make a set of these and ship to 72011 zip code ?
He hasn't replied yet. How much and will it include the center ac box connection ?
I am only making the three dash connection pieces. with shipping, about $60 for the three. I am not making the ac box connection because my goal is to adapt vintage air kits to these trucks. there is a guy on ebay that sells that piece. it's a little spendy but looks to be good quality.

Are you still making any of these adapters. Please let me know mikesfamily5@gmail.com
I’m bumping an old thread because I too am looking for a replacement center vent duct. I found this place that 3D prints the duct adapters as well as other parts. I’m ordering the vent parts shortly.
