Cut out the firewall and floor board area and create a tunnel. Pretty much the only way I have heard of guys to fit a 4in DP. And by the way its not worth it. Plenty of guys making lots of power with a 3 inch DP.

Tim nailed it. I know a guy who modded his firewall for a 4" DP and said it wasn't worth the effort involved.

I have been thinking about doing a 4" DP when I do the turbo, but looking at it I'm not sure it would be worth the effort. You'd have to create quite a tunnel to fit it in there. Maybe just do a hood stack and not have to worry about a downpipe! LOL
