Sorry for bringing this one back from the dead.... BUT... I am finally getting around to installing my lights. I got the measurements down for the spacing but wanted to find out more about the wiring. I installed a set of cab lights on my 05 super duty. Is the wiring the same? If I remember correctly, there was a brown wire that I spliced into and a green ground wiring that got screwed into the cab... both behind the passenger kick panel. Please let me know of any differences. THANKS!
Yes. Passenger kick panel just like the SD. No need to hack anything
Hi there guys, i have a 1996 F150 long box reg cab, it is green and silver and bone stock, with some awful mirrors that i don't like and wanna change them for the older style of chrome mirrors that look way better, i am also putting some cab markers on the truck, there 90's chevy markers, i know wrong brand but there what i got and i actually dont mind how they look when its all done i post pictures of my truck..... anyways back to my question, how hard is it to install the mirrors, and can i make the mounts for these old mirrors go away then i take them off or am i screwed with this change?

Your best bet would be to post this question as a new thread. That way everyone can see it and you'll get more responses. I have the Chrome manual mirrors and don't have any experience with the older style. IMHO the chrome looks WAY better. Good luck!!
really raising this one up from the dead now, but ive got a 1992 ford f-350 crew cab long box, wanting to put these lights on my truck. any suggestions as to where to order them from?
