2002 F250 Big ABS Problems! Codes B1676 C1185 C1096 C1198 C1214 C1206 :(

Hey Guys,

I have been trying to track down this abs problem for a while now and i am pulling my hair out!!!

It is a 2002 F250 4x2 7.3.

The abs light has been on for a while. I got around to changing the front brakes and found the sensors full of rusted metal shavings due to the brakes being metal on metal. I was able to clean them off thinking maybe this would solve the problem but it didnt. Maybe the sensors are now broke for good? I checked the rear axel sensor and cleaned it off. Also the brake lights some times stay on even when the truck is off. I have to pull the big green fuse or disconnect the battery.

I was able to run the codes with my trusty autel and this is what comes up.

B1676 - Battery Voltage out of range
C1185 - ABS power relay output Circuit Failure
C1096 - Pump Motor open circuit
C1198 - Left Front inlet valve coil circuit failure
C1214 - Right front inlet valve coil circuit failure
C1206 - ABS isolation valve coil rear circuit failure

Looking at the codes I would think that maybe the pump its self is bad or maybe the abs module. Maybe even a abs system short.

Any help would be really appreciated!!!

I don't know Jack about ABS but the light staying on when truck is off leads me to suspect a relay. I would start there first.
Good luck to you, I hope you solve the issue without much expense.
