They are crimp-sealed, so no I don't think it's possible to rebuild the diaphragm alone without proper tooling. You can however replace just the diaphragm pot, supposedly they're all the same regardless of the cam-drive section, so if you find a good one from any diesel truck just swap it in place of your diaphragm pot.
or you can just buy an electric one from jeggs or summit. Or find one off a SD. Then you can rebuild it, remote mount it, one less belt and longer lasting. That's one of the mods on my "to do" list

You can actually rebuild an e-pump off a PSD? Interesting... This may be back on my to-do list then, for a while I didn't wanna do it cause I was using my vacuum pump to counter-tension the PS pump belt (against high-rpm belt slipping), but now that I'm going to the factory alternator belt routing I can definitely stand to lose the vac pump and free up some space for my idler that I plan on installing in that general vicinity...
