I know this is a pretty old thread, but I would avoid Fram as much as you can. Especially their oil filters! You certainly have a decent amount of rust on the truck, but doesn't seem to be to the point of rot. What decals are you referring to? If you are talking about the fender badges, check out LMCtruck.com(caps was just so you knew it was an "L" and not an "I"). They should have everything you are looking for in regards to the fender badges. Good luck with the truck!
