no front sway bar

Will I cause any permanet damage if I (sanely) drive 10 miles without my front sway bar. I need to go get the bushings pressed out and don't want to be working under the truck in the shop's parking lot. 2001 4x4 f350 dually.

Nope, it'll be fine. I drove my old SD (the 2000 in my sig) without sway bars for years.

Won't hurt a thing, but it will hurt cornering stability.

My rear sway bar in my old Contour is disconnected at both ends simply because I haven't gotten around to fixing it. Doesn't hurt a thing, but there's more body roll in corners.
