E4OD w/2 gears

E4OD w/2 gears
I have a 1992 F350 with the E4OD. I'm only getting 2 and 4 gear. The wiring harness is plugged in, and two of the pins have power. Is there supposed to be more pins than two that have power going to them? and where is the fuse for the trans?
