1986 F250 bumper bolts-octagon shape fitting

1986 F250 bumper bolts-octagon shape fitting
Removed my destroyed old bumper and found that 2 holes are regular bolts and 2 have a octagon shaped fitting that the bolt goes thru...had to rip the bolts off by just torquing them to snap off...no way to remove the fitting.
Anyone know where I can get these odd-shaped fittings. Dumb idea for Ford...whats wrong with 4 regular bolts...anyway...
