BOOTS

I am looking to find COP boots or the coil boots and springs for my 04 f150 3 valve. I am having an impossible time finding them if anybody has gotten them before and knows where to get them or the part number i would deeply appriciate it. i don't want to have to buy the whole entire coil at 50 a piece. thank you very much!

Advance Auto has several brands, including Dorman here:

Ford dealers should have the Motorcraft version for about $13 apiece. I couldn't find them on fordparts.com, but my dealer said he had them.

The coil boots from Ford are $10.00 ea. retail. Part number is 3L3Z-12A402-BA.
Unfortunately the Genuine Ford boots do not come with the springs inside like the Dorman brand that "dsmith06" mentioned. If your springs are burned you have to buy the complete coilpack from Ford 3L3Z-12029-BA for $79.58 ea.
The best buy THEN, looks like the Dorman brand boots for $9.98 that include the springs. You should be able to find these at any Ford dealer or Auto Store locally. It is a very common item with a broad range of applications.
