TRUCK PULLIN’ 2004 Ford F-350 Pulling on the Pavement
This week’s Truck Pullin’ video features a 2004 Ford F-350 Super Duty powered by the 6.0L PowerStroke diesel engine taking on the pulling sled – on a paved road. While I am by no means a pulling competition expert, all of the events I’ve ever been to took place in dirt or mud. This F-350 appears to be dragging a normal sled down a paved road and based on the smoke pouring from the sled, I imagine that rather than digging into the dirt, this sled has some rubber applying the drag coefficient.
We don’t have any details on this 2004 Ford F-350 Super Duty, but we can see that it sits higher than stock, with bigger wheels than what would have come from the factory and a huge smoke stack poking up out of the bed – all of which lead me to believe that this PowerStroke engine isn’t stock. In any case, this F-350 is able to pull the big sled down the paved road for over 300 feet.
Crank up your speakers and enjoy!
