Ken Block Shows Off His New Upgraded Ford Raptor at Moab

Custom built by SVC Off-Road to pre-runner specs, Block’s newest toy dominates the trails.

With Ken Block‘s company Hoonigan solidifying itself as one of the kings of automotive YouTube content, the Gymkhana star has been taking his own stab at making videos again.

Block recently rebooted his old YouTube channel and has begun posting video content on a weekly basis. You can see everything from the building/rebuilding of his race cars and trips to visit partners who help design those cars to, of course, Block’s recent video that showcases him test-driving his newest automotive toys.

In his new video, Block and Hoonigan Racing Division Shop Manager Forest Duplessis show off Block’s upgraded Ford Raptor. Most of the upgrades come from off-road shop SVC Off Road, which Block previously worked with for custom work on his Raptor Trax build.

“It’s been here since Christmas and I haven’t driven it out that door,” Block says in the clip before he and his crew head out to Moab to make up for lost time.

The Raptor, which is painted in Avalanche Grey, features subtle but unique Hoonigan reflective decals. Though built to PreRunner specs, the car is street legal and features Block’s unique “HHIC2” Utah plate, which stands for “Head Hoonigan in Charge.” Wheels are Turbomax HDs from Fifteen52 and wrapped in Toyo Tires, which have become a staple on all of Block’s cars. Advanced Fiberglass Concepts did the fenders. The front bumper, skid plate and rear bumper are all from SVC Off Road, and the rear even features a bottle opener. Triple bypass Fox shocks and two Rigid light bars are some of the other items Duplessis and Block chat about in the video.

“I’m very familiar with Raptors, I drive one everyday,” says Block, “but suspension set up and all that is quite different, so we’re gonna go down to a couple of favorite roads in Moab and play.”

That’s when the video takes a hard right from a chill build breakdown of Block’s Raptor to Block thrashing the Raptor through the dirt mountains and hills. You get no talking, just uninterrupted Block action you have come to know and love of him sliding the Raptor around through the trails.

Check it out and enjoy the ultimate off-roading rig in action.
