Looking for a Raptor without the Raptor price tag? This 2016 F-150 in the FTE Marketplace is the sleeper you need.

Did you know you can find newer Ford trucks and SUVs on the Ford Truck Enthusiasts Marketplace? Amid the classic trucks in our marketplace, you’ll find more than a few examples from the past couple or so decades landing on our pages. Whether if you’re looking for a basic work truck, or a good deal on a newer rig, you should definitely start with us.

For example, we found this 2016 F-150 XLT in our marketplace, and it happens to be the perfect sleeper for someone wanting a Raptor, but without the flash.

“This truck is in great condition,” writes the seller, ShiverMeTimbers. “One owner, only 32,0000 miles, and I still have the window sticker. I thought this was going to be my forever truck, so I have taken good care of her. I run full synthetic oil, changed when oil meter says 30% life left. Brake fluid was flushed last winter.”

Under the hood of the Lithium Gray F-150 is none other than the 3.5-liter EcoBoost turbocharged V6. This engine, also found in the Raptor, gave the 2016 truck 365 horses and 420 lb-ft of torque, which goes through the six-speed automatic to the rear or all corners as needed. It’s not quite the same output as the 2017-current Raptor has, but a few mods can definitely bring it up to speed.

Inside, the F-150 comes equipped with gray cloth buckets up front, a gray cloth bench for three in the back. There’s plenty of room for storing everything, and the SYNC 3 infotainment system will keep you entertained and informed anytime you need.

Out back, a canopy top and a bed rug cover everything related to the bed, providing a comfy place for your pup (or you and your pup, depending on the adventure). The whole thing rides on aftermarket wheels and tires, plus a 1.5-inch level upfront.

The Washington-based seller is asking $31,000 for this fine F-150. He also has plenty of photos of his truck on his Google Photos account. If this isn’t what you had in mind, though, we have other newer rigs up for sale in the Ford Truck Enthusiasts Marketplace. Why not see what we have today!
