Is there a new Ford Ranger in your purchasing future? If you live in one of the 180 markets that it’ll be available, it might be. If you live in the United States, it won’t be.
Regardless, the folks at Ford have put together a video of what they think you need to know about the new Ford Ranger, and it only takes 90 seconds of your time!

If you live under a rock and don’t know what the Ford Ranger is, allow to me educate you. The Ranger is Ford’s midsize truck offering, like the Toyota Tacoma or the Chevrolet Colorado. But unlike those smaller truck offerings, Ford doesn’t offer it for sale in the United States.

Why? That’s a story for another post, but they don’t see a viable business case for sale here in the United States. Which makes us sad, because the more Ford trucks available, the more they’ll sell.
Globally, the Ranger is available with several gasoline and diesel engine options, and also available with 4-wheel drive with a low-range transfer case. It’s quite a capable little off-roader packed with Ford’s latest technological offerings.
