A life of indoor storage and incredibly low mileage make this rare Centurion-converted Ford F-250 truly unique.

Most likely, you’re already well aware of the insanely awesome Centurion Bronco conversions that we frequently wax poetic about. But what you may not know is that the Michigan-based company also built some pretty fancy pickups, too. This was a time when luxury trim levels hadn’t quite caught on, so you might say they were a little ahead of the curve. If you wanted something cushy back in the ’80s, you wanted something like this Ford F-250 Centurion conversion we spotted at Prestige Motorcar.

Of course, luxury meant something altogether different then than it does now. These conversions featured goodies we take for granted today, like big running boards, brush guards, and graphics. You won’t find any leather on the inside, either. Just a whole bunch of custom wood holding high tech electronics like a CB radio and even an old school TV for your rear passengers.

As you might’ve already guessed, there aren’t many of these incredibly cool conversions left in the world. Heck, there weren’t many to begin with. And what you’re looking at might just be the finest example you’ll ever see. With only 26,500 miles on the odometer, this Ford F-250 conversion looks like it just rolled off a dealer lot. According to the seller, it’s never seen winter and has always been stored indoors. And it sure shows.

Clearly, someone loved this truck dearly. And how couldn’t you? With a 460 under the hood, dual gas tanks, and every other option imaginable, this was as nice as pickups got back in the late ’80s. Driving around in a Centurion Ford F-250 instantly made you the man. A man with taste, money, and an eye for style. And while our perception of the latter has undoubtedly changed since then, we don’t love this incredible converted F-250 any less.
