What do you guys thing about the brand GREEN air filters? They need to be oiled and cleaned like K and N filters. just wondering if they have the same issues as the others. Thanks

 

i wouldn, its the same principal as the k and n, i would only use either the 6637 or ais kit whatever fits your budget

 

The oiled filters are ok if your airbox seals well but most don't. You also have to be diligent about maintaining them.

 

JMO...I like the 6637 for the price,filtration, and sound.

 

I just swapped out my K&N cone filter for an AFE bIg boost filter it deff made a difference the Big Boost is the same size as the 6637 but washable I have always used a washable filter from day one and gotna bit over 160k one the truck but the stock type K&N filters are bad just because they don't sel right with the lid. Indrive on dusty roads about %70 of the time and never had any problems with a washable filter
