Trans Temp & Scangauge II

Ordered a new Scangauge II and was wondering if it will pick up the trans temp by just plugging it in or do I need to do something else? Thanks for the help

It picks up on my '06........Comes up as TFT

I don't remember if I had to code it in or not. Check ScanGauge's website and see if they list under their X code things. Either way, if you don't have it, its really simple to program in.
