Can you flood an EFI?

When I step on the gas sometimes the truck seems like it is flooded. It sputters and then seems to drive through it and its fine. I have replaced the fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump, fuel filter so I am really unsure what to do next.

Throttle position sensor....if it didn't come up chances are nothin's wrong with it but test it to be sure.....this writeup is for a single bore throttle body but it's exactly the same. http://www.f150online.com/forums/lig...ttle-body.html

Not the only potential culprit though. Hanging injectors, combustion chamber buildup to name a few.

Noting that I'm aware of.
Just ask for it. Everybody carries it.

wow thanks guys. I haven't checked back in. I will check both the tps and the aic. I did the key off test, not key on. The truck also ran out of gas yesterday, do you think that could have something to do with it?
