Engine Block Heater Cable

Hey All,

Has anyone installed an engine block heater cable on the 6.4? I am told that the 6.4 and my truck has the heater but did not come from Ford with the option so they never installed the cable. Question, how hard is the install and any special tools required? Anyone have pictures of how the cable is routed?

Thanks...

Neil

no pics but an easy install. It will connect on the passenger side of the block. and route to the front bumper.

I will try to get some pics this evening if no one has any.

I hade to get two parts! One end to block to quick connector! One end connector to male plug! I run all my cords out the back of truck (If my guys forget to unplug the cord just drops in drive way!)
