I like the truck!

I like the truck, it looks cool.
What kind of front suspension are you running and what rear end are you using.

Right now it has the stock front and rear end. The PO removed a some leaf springs to lower it. Makes it pretty exciting to drive down the highway

Go to User CP, edit your details and about halfway down under additional info, fill in the space for "where you live". It will then show up in your posts.
By the way, love the truck!

No problem. If you hang around here awhile, you'll figure out this is a friendly site where we try to help folks whether it's truck related or not.

Nice truck! So the only modification to the stock suspension was the removal of a few leaf springs? That is making me reconsider getting a drop axle or anything else, I like the way your trucks sits just as it is!

Yea Igot 351c under the hood of 51 panel seams like there still plenty of room. I got that volari frt beneath that motor back with a FMX trans.
Is there a opening in the middle of that frt Hood trim where more aircan get threw. If thats thecase thats a 51 hood all together.

51 or 52 or a little of both Still a good look thats a little onits own.

But that being said why is mine just been gathering dust for the last 12 years after dumping 12+K in it.

A very nice truck. Where did you find it and do they have a web site of other vehicles?

Best of luck with your truck.

Hate to burst your bubble, but Missouri is no better than Indy for rust. They love to salt the roads at the first sign of flurries.

Good call, looks like it is a 51 built in Kansas City: F1R1KC. I believe the glove compartment and engine compartment show the same number. I'll have to check the frame to see if it has the same number as well. Very informative thread here:

In just one post here, I've learned a heck of a lot about my truck, thanks everyone!
