Eliminate Vent WIndows

I'm not trying to start a feud here, just looking for some help. Has anyone out there eliminated their vent windows? If so, what did you use for weather stripping and window channel?

I have a set of US Body Fiberglass doors that have nothing on the insde. I've already installed shaved door handle kits and am in process of trying to install electric windows. I will obviously need a window channel. Thought someone might have already tackled this beast and found a stock set of window channel, whiskers etc. to fit the door.

You might try here; One Piece Products - Window Conversion Kits for Classic Cars and Trucks! they have been saying they were going to them for 73 & up trucks for awhile. Buddy of mine used them for a Mustang, he was happy with the product.

Thanks for the lead. I already have the glass cut and the electric window kit, I just need the whiskers and window channel.

Where did you get glass cut? There is a slight curve contour to the glass which wouldn't be the hardest to duplicate, but not easy either.

I called One Piece Products a couple months back and was told they should have the kit for ford trucks out by the end of the year.

Josh, I had the glass cut at a local glazier who specializes in this type of thing. Really, it is a straight run as long as you get the angle for the run of the glass. Fits perfect, I just have to fabricate the window channel.
