window channel
I replaced the speakers in my doors and now have a trim problem. What's the secret to getting the inside window channel piece to stay connected to the door panel? I hate plastic.

I did exactly the same thing and have exactly the same problem with the passenger side. Driver's is fine. Any suggestions in keeping the lower piece in place?
