Help Removing Inside Door Panel

Was wondering if anyone could guide me in getting the inside door panel off my LR door on a 2006 F250CC. I hate to just start prying and mess up all the little plastic fasterner plugs or crack the spots the are set in the panel. And being as I am new to ford, I dont even know where the attaching screws are on the upper portion, I assume near the pull handle area. I have the simulated wood inserts and would hate to mess them up searching for the screws. Any help is greatly appreciated.

There is one bolt behind the reflector, remove that then "push/lift" the panel up toward the window. DO NOT pull it out away from the door. The panel has hooks that hold it onto the door.

Pop off the window control cover and the reflector, there is a screw under each one. After the screws are removed and the wiring is disconnected from the window control, the panel just lifts up.

edit: I guess Rugby3 beat me to it. I think there is a second screw under the window control, but I don't have a crew cab
