If you do it yourself, sir, how do you heat the fluid to get it into (and out of) the converter?

Thanks for your reply!
Sorry, should have clarified that......I just go to a local Pennzoil Oil and Lube shop. They have the equipment to do the flush for me. They charge me $49.99(CDN) for the flush, and will allow me to supply the fluid (Amsoil SP) and filter.

My truck does a lot of heavy towing, so I am a bit fussy!

By the way 1957F100.........I live in Langley also!!

What area of langley do you live in? ...Might have seen your truck around town.

Also what penzoil shop do you go to? This might be a good way for me to get my tranny flushed if they will let me supply the mercon SP and if they have a heated flush machine. $49.99 is way better than the $400-500 ford quoted me.

I live in Milner....about half way between Langley and Fort Langley. I was going to the Penzoil on 200th st close to Fraser Hwy. My sons good buddy worked there......since my last service there (last summer) he has since gone (bummer)! Mr Lube on Fraser Hwy also has a hot-flush unit.

My truck is a black 07 F-350 Harley Davidson edition with blue flames, black canopy (most of the time) levelling kit with black 20" wheels.
I have tried to post a picture of it, but no luck.
Cheers.

You have to have a minimum of 25 posts to post photos..... unless you use a service like Photobucket. You're getting there.....
