I would like to do a tranny service on my truck in sig.including the external filter.
Would it be bennificial to upgrade to a 08 trans pan and filter , over the 06 trans pan and filter/screen.And part #'s would be appreciated.
I've been doing some searching and can't find the past post's about it.

Sent you a pm with a link from another forum that has details. I just did this today. Was fairly easy, the gasket can be reused. I only assume it is beneficial because it is newer and figured it needed to be upgraded so I did it. Time will tell. Let me know if you have any questions.
