Speedometer - 78 Bronco

Hey, I noticed lately my speedometer has been bobbing some, but still accuarate. Now it goes all over the place, ill be going maybe 50 and it will go from 10 to 70 and in a random fashon. Any thoughts as to how to correct this or whats cuasing it?

Thanks

Andrew

Remove the cable from the sleeve and check for cable fraying.
Maybe lube it up with Lubriplate before putting it back in.
