well i have gotten a few odds and ends done over the weekend. I replaced the front and rear output seals on my 205. I got both the seals from Jeffs Bronco Graveyard for $8.99 each i believe. But man those seals are in there TIGHT!! I had to remove the case that they are seated in and press them out. I also drained the old gear oil that was in the tcase and it was like mud. It got pretty thick and chunky towards the end. I took a magnet to the old oil to see if there were any shavings, and unfortunately there were. I know these transfer cases are just about the toughest out there, so hopefully it will hold up. But i would bet that the gear oil was 35 years old in that thing.
Also repainted my grill inserts today. I was considering switching to the 78-79 shell but i also love the split grill look. So for now, im sticking with the original shell.
I am going to hopefully find some boggers at some point this week. So i will get some pics when i mount them on my beadlocks. But i cant find my camera right now, so as soon as i can i will upload some new pictures.

It was called "Orange CH" and was an original Ford color from 1973-1979 if i remember correctly. I dont have a part number on me though. It was in the Factory Ford paint book at NAPA which is about 500 pages thick. Just look through there...you'll find it.
