2005 powerstroke
I have a 2005 F-350 6.0 superduty. EGR cooler started leaking around christmas so I got a deletekit. EGR valve has been disconnected for a long time, it throws a code for it but ran good.
Cathalyst is gone to.
After the EGR delete I had a few problems with exhaust leakage but its been fixed.
Now to the current problem. Now it has three modes it runs on, and they come and go as they please. 1: Its extremely powerless, I cant go more than 40 mph up hills empty, turbopressure is almost constant at 30 psi. Sputters cooland when I let go of the gas pedal and with full throttle it stutters and hesitates. It also drinks huge amounts of diesel. smoke is normal.
2: As normal, perfekt running, normal power, everything ok.
3. Low power, weak, no turbopressure regardless of throttle.
Codes are:
P0069 Barometric pressure correlation.
P0403 Exhaust gas recurculation circ error
P0405 Exhaust gas recurculation sens a circ low
P0470 Exhaust back pres sens circ error
P0478 Exhaust pres ctrl valve high input
P1000 monitor checks not complete: more driving required
Does anyone have an idea? Very grateful for any tip...

The first thing I would do is use a scan tool to check the EBP sensor operation. You need to compare the EBP, BARO, and MGP parameters with the key on and engine off. They should be very similar, within a couple tenths of a volt. If the EBP is out of range it will result in the symptoms you describe, but there are other possibilities.
