I have a 1989 F350 with the 5.8 Engine, 5speed transmission 2wd. I need to replace the transmission. Will a 460 transmission fit? What other years of 5 speeds will fit my truck? Can I use a transmission from a 4 wheel drive 1988 Bronco?

The 460 trans will not fit. Look for another ZF5 trans from anything 2wd that is not a 460 or a diesel.

Did the 6 cylinder 5 speed come with the same ZF Transmission?

 

The 351 and 300-six share the same bell housing bolt pattern and thus use the same model ZF. You can find one in two-wheel-drive over 8500 GVWR F250 or F350 with a 300 six or 351 from 88-91. The same transmission was used up until 95, but I'm not sure if the 92-up versions have a provision for mechanical speedometer drive.
