Will a tranny out of a 99 e350 work in my 99 F250
I am in need of a new tranny , I have a 1999 f250 7.3 and I found a tranny out of a 99 e350 7.3 . Will the tranny work in my truck both are 2wd

Should. I can't think of anything that would be different.
Just get in there with a tape measure to verify overall lengths.

Should be the same since both motors are the same. That's the only difference, the gas motors are geared for less torque.

They are exactly the same.

Gearing is identical in every 4R100 ever built, whether it was for a gas or diesel engine.
